Mark Nelson is a photographer and specialist printer, and also runs First Light with his partner Anna. His unique style has proved immensely popular, with his atmospheric coastlines and architecture amongst his best known work. He is also a musician and film-maker.

Tom Taylor has worked on some of our best known pieces, and has been involved in filming Timeless Journeys India, our latest tv and DVD production. His cityscape work shot in Paris and his home town Brighton, reflects a keen eye for colour and composition.

Ade Groom has a professional background including 'shooting' the World's most famous faces - from Madonna to Nelson Mandela. His work now excels in the figurative, as in his best selling 'Mermaids' and 'Blue Neon Nudes' series. He has also produced best-selling images of cultural landmarks.

Steve Parry has worked for the Impact Photo Agency in London, with his work published regularly in The London Times, Observer and The Independent. First Light is now home to his fine-art photography and creative work, where his license to experiment has led to some unique and insightful imagery.

First Light has been running a successful photographic gallery for over 25 years in the heart of the famous 'Lanes' area of Brighton. The Gallery is on two levels, and invites private and corporate buyers to view the latest work available, shot in international locations. Using modern in-house printing and mounting techniques, each image has been quality approved by the photographer who took it. The digital laboratory produces in-house exhibition-quality photographs and portfolio prints from the work of our core photographers.

Craig Mierop has worked in New York for most of his career and currently resides in Montclair, New Jersey.
He is the newest member of our team and his experience and quality of imagery brings a new dimension to the First Light Collection of images.
