The First Light Gallery (at 3 Nile Street, The Lanes, Brighton) and the Main Galleries section of our site shows the latest work from our photographers, including London, Brighton, European and Worldwide locations.
Our gallery mainly features unsigned, hand printed reproductions from the original files which we archive in our studio.
However if you are interested in limited edition fibre based hand prints made by the photographer, with signature and background on the image, we have created a section called ‘Original Master Series’ at the foot of the ‘View Main Galleries’ section of this site.
Fibre prints have deep blacks, wide tonal range and archival permanence.
All of the images are on 49x33cm paper, and are sent to you in a hard box with photographer’s authentication and signed, or can be collected from our gallery. All images are £95 plus P&P of £10 (UK only).

First Light are currently in pre production for their new documentary ‘Timeless Journeys Japan’ having sold ‘TJ India’ to the National Geographic channel and others. Screenings are ongoing and a recent one at the Brighton Buddhist centre attracted a big audience.
New photography by Mark Nelson is lined up for our gallery and e-commerce site including Connecticut / upstate New York in the Fall and Havana in January. Capturing the golden colours of the famous Candlewood Lake area is a private commission, but we plan to have these for sale and on display as a large scale homage to nature, in the First Light gallery by mid November. Havana will be shot in full colour in a photo-documentary style, and an exhibition with Steve Parry’s images of Cuba is planned for the Spring 2010.
Our ongoing work with American Express has again seen them using our images for their Centurion magazine for black card holders, and British Airways continue to use our images on board their fleet of aircraft.
