Welcome to the Picture Researcher Section where we present many images from our archive available for commercial licensing.

The Search panel above can be used to search the whole of the First Light Picture Library. Simply pressing the "GO" button above will display all images in the library, one page of thumbnail images at a time (click on any of the thumbnails to display a larger version). Holding the cursor over a thumbnail will show the name of the image and the photographer.

Alternatively, you can specify a Photographer, or Image Type (such as "Colour" or "Black/white"). By entering search terms into the Keywords box you can narrow down your search to just show First Light images involving certain subjects, such as "paris", "statue" or you can enter subjective Keywords such as "red" or "romantic". Remember to clear the Keywords box before commencing new searches of the First Light Picture Library.

If you cannot find any images you require, please use the "Image Request" facility on the Ordering page of this website. This will automatically submit an e-mail to a member of staff at First Light who will then search the entire First Light image archive, and reply personally with details of any photographs matching your search criteria.
